rideuropa is free and stays free for the basics. Silver and Gold add advanced features for frequent riders.
Until the official launch everything is free for everyone, including the Silver and Gold features. We don't ask for a credit card and nothing is charged automatically: before the launch we'll let you know and you decide whether to subscribe. The basic features will always be free.

Terms in short
- The subscription lasts one year and renews automatically, with the payment method you chose. We email you 14 days before each renewal.
- You can cancel any time from "My subscription" (Cancel button): the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid and then doesn't renew.
- Right of withdrawal: you have 14 days from purchase. If you ask the service to start right away, withdrawal applies to the unused part, as required by consumer law.
- Payments are handled by Stripe: rideuropa never sees or stores your card details. Prices include VAT.
- Plans are chosen and managed on the website only; nothing is paid in the app.
